The Board resolution dated March 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint - Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020:

-       Record date: March 31, 2020

-       Meeting time: May 2020

-       Meeting venue: 70-72 Nguyen Van Troi, ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Hochiminh.

2. Approving the time to pay cash dividend for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 18%/share (1,800 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: June 15, 2020.
