VCB: Notice of agreements with related parties
On April 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued Resolution No.195 on the approval for the agreement between Vietcombank and FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (the related person is Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors) for the Vietcombank Connect24 card procurement package.
