On March 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued Resolution No.162 on the approval for the transactions on granting credit limits between Vietcombank and the group of FPT companies (related to Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors).
