TPH: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 114/CV-HAPCO dated 14/4/2020 of Hanoi Textbooks Printing JSC regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 23/3/2020.
Reason for cancellation: Covid - 19 pandemic.
