TNI: TNI allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2020

On April 08, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi city issued a document allowing Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2020 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year, (before date on June 30, 2020).
