On April 22, 2020, TNS Holdings received the resignation letter from the following members:

-       Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duong as Independent member of BOD

-       Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong as member of BOD

-       Mrs. Tran Thi Phan Thuy as member of Supervisory Board

-       Mr. Le Duc Thong as member of Supervisory Board

This issue will submit to the Annual General Meeting 2020 and approve the additional election of members of BOD and Supervisory Board.
