TDW: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

The Board of Directors of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: TDW) unanimously decided to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting until an appropriate time before June 30, 2020. The meeting time will be rescheduled and notified in the further.

Reason: to comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.

The record date for the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was announced in the announcement dated February 21, 2020, will be cancelled.
