TDW: BOD resolution on planning the dividend payment for 2019
The Board resolution dated April 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved to plan the dividend payment for 2019 as follows:
1. To pay first cash dividend for 2019:
- Exercise ratio: 9.00% (900 dongs/share)
- Record date: May 07, 2020
- Payment time: May 18, 2020
2. To pay remaining cash dividend for 2019:
- Expected exercise ratio: 3.00% (300 dongs/share).
