TCSC: Board Resolution on seeking shareholders’ approval and holding AGM

On April 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thanh Cong Securities Company approved the plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing and to hold Annual General Meeting 2020 (the 2020 AGM) as follows:

1. Change of record date for shareholder list:  

- The old record date for shareholder list: March 26, 2020

- The new record date for shareholder list: May 04, 2020

2. To seek shareholders’ approval in writing:

-         Time of implementation: Chairman of the BODs decided time of implementation.

-         Contents: approving to adjust, supply the charter of corporate governance regulations

3. The holding of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Meeting time: expected on Saturday, May 30, 2020.
