TCI: Cancellation of record date for 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders

Pursuant to Document No.44/2020/TB-TCSC dated 14th April 2020 of Thanh Cong Securities Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual general Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows: Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 26th March 2020. 
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health and rights of the shareholders and strengthen the prevention of Covid-19 spread
