SZC: Signing a contract with Sonadezi Services JSC

On April 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of contract of Chau Duc golf course environmental monitoring reports in 2020 with Sonadezi Services Joint-Stock Company.

The contract value will be negotiated but less than 35% of the total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements and expected to be VND7,607,600.
