SVI: Resolution on the EGM 2020

     Bien Hoa Packaging Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated April 16, 2020 with the following contents:

1. Approving to change its business lines;
2. Approving to raise the foreign investors ownership ratio at SVI to 100%.
3. Approving to amend its charter.
4. Approving to promulgate the Regulation for Corporate Governance and electronic voting.
5. Approving the investors do not have to make a public tender offer when receiving the transfer of SVI’s shares.
