SVI: BOD approved to postpone EGM 2020

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic, the BOD of Bien Hoa Packaging Company (SVI) approved to postpone the time to hold the first Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 as follows:

-       Meeting time: 9:00, April 16, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Street No.7, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial zone, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.

-       Content:

• Approving the change of the company’s business lines.
• Approving to raise the foreign investors ownership ratio at SVI to 100%.
• Approving the amendment of the company’s charter.
