SMC: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated April 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Record date: May 25, 2020

-       Meeting date: Notice later

-       Meeting venue: Notice later.

2. Approving the temporary selection of Ho Chi Minh City Auditing and Informatics Service Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
