SIG: Permission for the extension of time to hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020

According to Board Resolution No.11/2020/SODIC-NQ-HDQT dated 10th March 2020 of the BOD to approve the plan for organizing Annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 (expected on 28th April 2020). However, due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, to implement the Directives of the Prime Minister on prevention against Covid-19, Song Da Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company thought that this time is not appropriate for organizing the annual general meeting of shareholders.
Consequently,  by this document, Song Da Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company propose to Hanoi's Planning and Investment Department to consider and approve the extension of time to hold annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 for our company to organize annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 in appropriate time before 01st July 2020.
