SFI: SFI allowed to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

On April 14, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh city issued a document allowing Sea & Air Freight International (SFI) to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020. Accordingly, the company will take place the Annual General Meeting before June 30, 2020.
