SBA: Postponement of AGM 2020

Song Ba Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

- On April 14, 2020, Song Ba Joint Stock Company (SBA) received the official letter from the Department of Planning and Investment allowing SBA to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020. Therefore, the company postpones the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 28, 2020.

- The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 will be expected to hold on June 30, 2020.
