SBA: EVNCPC nominates representatives to participate in the BOD

Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) announces Board resolutions dated April 06, 2020 regarding the personnel assignment as follows:

-       EVNCPC nominated Mr. Dinh Chau Hieu Thien, Chairman of Song Ba Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SBA) and the representative for 50% of EVNCPC’s stake in SBA, to participate in the Board of Directors of SBA for the term from 2020 to 2025.

-       EVNCPC nominated Mr. Thai Hong Quan, Director of Quang Binh Electricity Company and the representative for 30% of EVNCPC’s stake in SBA, to participate in the Board of Directors of SBA for the term from 2020 to 2025.

-       EVNCPC nominated Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, Deputy Manager of Sales Department of EVNCPC and the representative for 20% of EVNCPC’s stake in SBA, to participate in the Board of Directors of SBA for the term from 2020 to 2025.
