RDP: The 2019 audited financial statements allowed to delay the disclosure

Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company (HOSE: RDP) has received an official document dated March 27, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of the audited financial statements of RDP in 2019.Accordingly, the Company must disclose its annual audited financial statements within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
