PIT: PIT receive a court decision related to business activities

Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company has received a court judgement on reclaiming assets between Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company and Dong A Co., Ltd.. The plaintiff is Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company and the defendant is Dong A Co., Ltd.. According to the judgement, the first instance court forced the defendant to return the plaintiff VND960,621,809.
