PHS: Board Resolution on the extension of credit limit

On April 07, 2020, the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) approved the following issues:

1. Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Cathay United Bank – Chu Lai Branch:

-       Loan limit: VND40 billion;

-       Loan term: 01 year.

2. Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Mega Bank – Ho Chi Minh Branch:

-       Loan limit: VND30 billion;

-       Loan term: 01 year.

3. Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Mega Bank – Offshore Branch:

-       Loan limit: USD 1,500,000;

-       Loan term: 01 year.
