PGI: BOD approved to seek shareholders' written opinion

The Board resolution dated April 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Insurance Corporation approved to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders in form of seeking shareholders’ written opinion to agree the implementation of the amendment, supplement of Internal Regulation on Corporate Governance.
