PGD: Approving the business plan in 2020

      The Board resolution dated April 16, 2020, the BOD of Petro Vietnam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company approved the business plan in 2020:

• Revenue:                              8,427.0 billion dongs
• Profit before tax:                      254.9 billion dongs
• Profit after tax:              203.9 billion dongs
• To pay the State budget:              94.4 billion dongs
• Profit distribution:

-  Reward and Welfare:            15.7 billion dongs

-  Bonus fund to the Executive Board: 0.5 billion dongs

-  To pay cash dividend (18%/charter capital):  162.0 billion dongs

-  Retaining profit:                         25.7 billion dongs.
