- Mr. Hoang Minh Hieu has resigned from representative of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group cum Director of Vinacomin – Mineral Mechanic and Shipbulding Join Stock Company with effect since 01/02/2020
- Mr. Vu Van Khan has been appointed representative of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group cum Director of Vinacomin – Mineral Mechanic and Shipbulding Join Stock Company  with effect since 01/02/2020
