MBS: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 130/2020/MBS-CV dated 08/04/2020 of MB Securities Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 13/04/2020.
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health and rights of the shareholders and strengthen the prevention of Covid-19 spread.
