LMH: LMH allowed to delay the disclosure of 2019 audited financial statements

Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company (HOSE: LMH) has received an official document dated April 08, 2020 by the State Securities Commission allowing to postpone the disclosure of the 2019 financial statements of LMH because of force majeure (due to the Covid-19 pandemic). Accordingly, Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company allowed to disclose the 2019 audited  financial statements by April 30, 2020.
