KHP: Change of representative of capital of EVNCPC in KHPC

On April 03, 2020, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company received a decision by Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) regarding the change of representative of capital of EVNCPC in Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) with the following persons:

1. Approving the resigntion of Mr. Do Thanh Son, member of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KHPC as representative of capital of EVNCPC in Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC).
2. Approving the resigntion of Mr. Do Thanh Son, member of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KHPC as representative of capital of EVNCPC in Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC).
3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Cao Ky, member of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KHPC as the representative of 30% contributed capital of EVNCPC in Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC).
4. Approving the appointment of Mr. Dao Truyen as the representative of 20% contributed capital of EVNCPC in Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC).
