The Board resolution dated April 07, 2020, the BOD of IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 (expected in April 24, 2020), but no later than June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
