HDW: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 1415/CV-KDNS dated 17th April 2020 of Hai Duong Water Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 13/04/2020
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated development of Covid – 19 epidemic, implement of Directive No.15 and No.16 by Prime Minister and Decision of Hai Duong People’s Committee on prevention of Covid-19 epidemic, the company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
