HDB: Decision on seeking shareholders' written opinions

The BOD of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the content of a Decision dated April 17, 2020 to submit the General Meeting Shareholder as follows:

1. Approving the Regulations for organizing online the General Shareholders’ Meeting and electronic voting.
2. Approving the implementation to seek shareholders’ written opinions:

• Time for implementation:

-       Time for sending the document: expected in May 11, 2020

-       Time for receiving the ballots: expected in May 21, 2020.
