HAR: HAR allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2020

On March 31, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of HCM city issued a document allowing An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2020 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
