The Board of Directors of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 approved to pay for the last phase of 2019 and the first phase of 2020 dividend in cash:

-       Record date:  April 27, 2020

-       Payment date: May 12, 2020

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share) in which:

+ The last phase of 2019 dividend pay-out ratio: 9.02%/ share

+ The first phase of 2020 dividend pay-out ratio: 5.80%/ share
