DRC: DRC allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2020

On April 06, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang city issued a document allowing Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2020 latest before June 30, 2020.

Extension reason: in this time of COVID -19 outbreak situation in the word and Vietnam, there are complicated movements with high levels of spread.
