CEE: CEE to be put into warning status

On April 15, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.176/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of CII Engineering and Construction JSC (stock code: CEE) into warning status as of April 22, 2020.

Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2019 was -63.76 billion dongs based on the 2019 audited consolidated financial statements. This is the case of warning securities under the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
