BMSC: Personnel change

The Board resolution dated April 16, 2020, the BOD of Bao Minh Securities Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mrs. Dam Thi Huong as Head cum member of Supervisory Board as from this time.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tho, member of Supervisory Board as Head of Supervisory Board.
3. The company will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders these issues.
