BFC: BOD resolution on the record date for holding AGM 2020

    The Board resolution dated April 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the cancellation of the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on March 25, 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
2. Approving the new record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 is May 20, 2020.
3. Approving the expected time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 is June 2020. The details will be informed later.
4. The meeting venue will be noticed later.
