Based on decision dated April 07, 2020, Agro Nutrition International Joint Stock Company approved the additional shares issuance to existing shareholders for capital increase. Details are as follows:

-       Offering volume: 20,000,000 shares

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       Total value: VND 200,000,000,000

-       Charter capital after the offering: VND 1,214,000,000,000, equivalent to 121,400,000 shares.
