The Board resolution dated February 27, 2020, Vinpearl Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Thao as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
2. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Vo Thi Phuong Thao as Deputy Chief executive Officer.
3. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Vu Tuyet Hang as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
