VND: VND allowed to delay the disclosure of financial statements

VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (HOSE: VND) has received an official document dated March 17, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of financial statements of VND in 2020 as follows:

-           For the quarterly consolidated financial statements and reviewed consolidated financial statements (if any): within 30 days from the last day of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements;

-           For the semi-annual reviewed consolidated financial statements: within 60 days from the last day of first six months of fiscal year, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements;

-           For the annual audited consolidated financial statements: within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
