VGW: Resolution on the EGM 2020

Vietnam Gateway Securities JSC announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 (EGM) dated March 19, 2020 as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mrs. Lv Shu Wen as member of BOD as from March 05, 2020.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Diep Vinh Thanh as member of BOD for the period 2017 – 2021.
3. Approving the stock issuance to existing shareholders for capital increase from VND 110,538,460,000 to VND 126,013,840,000.
