VCI: Board resolution on the postponement of annual general meeting

On March 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: VCI) issued Board Resolution No.08/2020/NQ-HDQT.VCSC regarding the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020. Accordingly, the meeting date was scheduled on April 22, 2020. However, due to the on-going development of Covid-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 to an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
