TPC: BOD resolution dated March 20, 2020

The Board resolution dated March 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.
2. Approving the holding of the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2020 at Melisa Center, 85 Thoai Ngoc Hau, Tan Phu District, Hochiminh.
3. Approving the cash dividend payment for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 8% (800 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: from September 15, 2020 to September 30, 2020.

4. Approving the contents of the Annual General Meeting 2020.
