TNA: Notice of cancellation of the record date for dividend payment 2019
Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation announces that it received a document dated March 13, 2020 by the Vietnam Securities Commission (VSD). Accordingly, VSD has not implemented the determination of the shareholder list for the 2019 cash dividend payment because there was no information on cash dividend payment for 2019 in the resolution of the 2018 Annual General Meeting dated March 30, 2019. The 2018 Annual General Meeting adopted only a 20-percent stock dividend payment for 2019.
Therefore, Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation will pay the 2019 dividend in cash after receiving the approval by the 2020 Annual General Meeting. The record date according to Board Resolution No.08A/2020/NQ-HDQT will be not effective.
