TLD: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic, the BOD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 until 30 June 2020. The details will be informed later.

    Record date (March 23, 2020) for organizing the Annual General Meeting will not change.
