SSC: Board resolution on holding Annual General Meeting 2020

On February 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation (stock code: SSC) approved to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-      Record date: March 18, 2020           

-      Purpose: to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-      Meeting date: April 17, 2020

-      Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be notified later.

-      Content meeting:

• Report of the Board of Directors, and the Board of Supervisors;
• Reports on profit distribution, fund distribution, dividend payment in 2009;
• Reports on allowance of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors in 2019 and 2020;
• Choosing an auditing firm for Southern Seed Corporation in 2020;    
• Document on the removal of SSC’ listing from Hochiminh Stock Exchange;
• Report on five-year orientation and strategy (2020 – 2025);
• Election of members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for Term 2020 – 2025.
