1. The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Nhu Van Hoan as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from March 19, 2020.
2. The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Pham The Hung as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from March 19, 2020.
