* First time:
- Exercise date: 14:00 PM on 17th April 2020
- Place: Hamlet 9, Nghia Hung Commune, Chupah district, Gia Lai province
* Second time: in case the first time of organizing annual meeting of shareholders 2020 could not be conducted following the regulations of the Company's charter, Song Da Yaly Cement Joint Stock Company will organize the annual meeting of shareholders 2020 for the second time (if any)
- Exercise date: 9:00 AM, on 24th April 2020
- Place:Hamlet 9, Nghia Hung Commune, Chupah district, Gia Lai province
* Participation: all shareholders in the recorded list (3rd April 2020). Shareholders could authorize others to participate the annual general meeting of shareholders following the form of SDY.
- The schedule, contents and documents for the annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 will be sent to all shareholders via guaranteed mail.
