PHS: Signing and extending the credit limit

The Board resolution dated March 18, 2020, Phu Hung Securities approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved the extension of the credit limit contract with Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Com Ltd. with total amount of VND 23,000,000,000 and the loan period of 01 year.
2. The Board of Directors approve the signing of the credit limit contract with SinoPac Bank – Offshore branch with total amount of USD 4,000,000 and the loan period of 01 year.
