PGI: Notice of change of Vietcombank’s representative at Petrolimex Insurance Corp

According to the Board resolution dated February 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietcombank approved the plan for representative of Vietcombank at Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PJICO). Therefore, Vietcombank appointed Ms. Truong Dieu Linh, Head of Vietcombank’s Financial Institutional Board, to replace Ms. Nguyen Minh Huong as the Vietcombank’s authorized representative managing 100% stake of Vietcombank at PJICO and run for the Board of Directors of PJICO for the term from 2019 to 2024.
