NAF: Board resolution on a private placement

On March 09, the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved a document on voting on a plan for private placement to Endurance Capital Vietnam I Ltd. The Board authorized the Chairman to direct the Board’s office to fulfill procedures to ballot shareholders in writing on the private placement under the laws.
